Revised School Timings Update A.Y. 2025–2026

Dear Parents and Guardians,

This message is a continuation of our previous communication (Ref: AJS Cir No.01/AY-2025- 2026/August, dated 28th August 2025)

We would like to thank all stakeholders—parents, staff, and leadership—for sharing your feedback on the revised school timings. Based on the input received and after a careful internal review, we are writing to inform you that:

Effective Monday, 22nd September 2025, school timings will revert to the previous schedule as outlined below:

Updated School Timings (Effective 22nd September 2025)

8:30 a.m. 1:00 p.m.

7:30 a.m. 2:15 p.m.

Friday

8:30 a.m. 12:00 p.m.

7:30 a.m. 10:40 a.m.

 

Note: Parents of AJB KG2 are kindly informed that the revised timings specific to KG2, based on curriculum requirements, will be communicated shortly.

Entry and Exit Protocols

To ensure a smooth and safe flow of students during arrival and dismissal, Parents of own transport students, please take note of the designated gates and timings for each section:

Important Reminders:

  1. 1. Kindly ensure students are dropped off and picked up within the designated time.
  2. 2. Parents/guardians must carry valid ID for student pick-up.
  3. 3. Please avoid crowding around gate areas to ensure safety and smooth.
  4. 4. For any pickup requests, (with valid reason) parents must reach before 1:30pm. Early pickup will have impact on ADEK eSIS attendance.
